About Me Andja

As a university student studying Public Relations/ Journalism it may be quite a surprise (and I mean SURPRISE) to you all to hear that this is my first ever blog! Can you believe? J

I have been studying at Deakin University for three years and after taking eight months off, I have joined the real world of full time work, part time study and responsibilities.

Becoming an adult isn’t all it’s meant to be! As of late my social life is greatly suffering!

Enough with my whining, all in all I have great friends, a supportive family ( I am the oldest of three), I still live at home (let’s face it I want to be a child for as long as I can), and my biggest concern is time!

Time to have fun, time to explore the world, time to fit the rest of my life in around work and uni and time to just be able to do things that I want to do! My biggest fear is turning thirty and not have lived life to my full potential (by full potential I mean lots of partying, lots of fun, travel, drinking, getting a feel for different work environments and just experimenting with career and life).

My biggest love and the thing I can’t live without is the internet! The evolution of the internet with the convergence of shopping and news makes those conscious of time (as I myself am) able to shop in the convenience of their own home or office all whilst saving TIME! Did I mention TIME!

To make this just a little more exciting and challenging (for the newbie blogger) this blog will be of academic purpose. Stay tuned for my weekly updates on multi-media journalism. I hope there is an improvement as weeks fly buy!!!
